Este camino es el ramal del Camino de Santiago que une Alicante o Valencia con Burgos (donde enlaza con el camino Franc\u00e9s) a trav\u00e9s de Cuenca.<\/p><p>La Etapa 14 de dicho Camino de la Lana (Cuenca-Villar de Domingo Garc\u00eda) es la que pasa por la puerta de la <em>villa<\/em> romana de Noheda. As\u00ed mismo, el Camino cuenta con albergues de peregrinos en Cuenca, Villar de Domingo Garc\u00eda y Villaconejos de Trabaque, este ya en la Etapa 15.<\/p><p>Todav\u00eda es un camino bastante desconocido en el mundo jacobeo, y son pocos los peregrinos que lo recorren, no obstante se estima en unos 500 peregrinos al a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan datos del Albergue de Villaconejos de Trabaque, en 2019 se alojaron en el Albergue 118 peregrinos de 16 nacionalidades diferentes. Es una comarca transitoria entre las serran\u00edas del sistema Ib\u00e9rico y la llanura de La Mancha.<\/p><p>El yacimiento arqueol\u00f3gico de la <em>villa <\/em>romana de Noheda supone la puerta de entrada a la Alcarria Conquense.<\/p><p>Geogr\u00e1ficamente est\u00e1 formada por un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Relieve_tabular\">relieve tabular<\/a>\u00a0coronado por la superficie estructural del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/P%C3%A1ramo_de_la_Alcarria\">p\u00e1ramo<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Calizo\">calizo<\/a>\u00a0que se ve continuamente cortado de norte a sur por r\u00edos y arroyos que forman angostos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glacis\">glacis<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cuesta\">cuestas<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Marga\">margosos<\/a>\u00a0y profundos valles f\u00e9rtiles. Esto genera una geomorfolog\u00eda que produce un notable contraste entre los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Encinar\">encinares<\/a>\u00a0y la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Agricultura_de_secano\">agricultura de secano<\/a>\u00a0del p\u00e1ramo, y las peque\u00f1as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Huerta\">huertas<\/a>, los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Olivar\">olivares<\/a>\u00a0y las\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hierbas_arom%C3%A1ticas\">hierbas arom\u00e1ticas<\/a>\u00a0de las cuestas y valles.<\/p><p>Precisamente, la abundancia de plantas arom\u00e1ticas como el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rosmarinus_officinalis\">romero<\/a>, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tomillo\">tomillo<\/a>, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Espliego\">espliego<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lavandula\">lavanda<\/a>\u00a0hacen posible la apicultura de la que resulta la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miel_de_la_Alcarria\">miel de la Alcarria<\/a>.
